About Mark Henderson

I'm a firm believer that sports has the power to unite and bring peace to the human race. As a former elite athlete, I also believe that my athletic experience brings with it the responsibility to leverage my knowledge and connections to help others. I have been a team member and key contributor in three successful company turnarounds, and accumulated over 15 years of bulge bracket investment banking experience -where leveraging cutting-edge technology was essential to success. Through this experience I've attained a track record of identifying, hiring and building diverse, high performing product and sales teams. Prior to and during my business experience, I was a professional athlete with nine years representing the United States on US National Swim Team in domestic and international competitions and 15+ years representing U.S. athlete's interests at the National and International political levels of sport (US & International Olympic and Paralympic Committees). My core passion/side-hustle will always be centered around figuring out ways to make sports more enjoyable and rewarding for young athletes, coaches and parents by democratizing the access to elite athletes.
