About Mark Henriques

I am a partner at Womble Bond Dickinson, where I have handled complex commercial and class action litigation for over 30 years. I have handled numerous trials, arbitrations, and motions and won cases before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. I also practice Collaborative Law and am a certified mediator and a Commercial Panel Arbitrator. I enjoy deeply understanding my client's business and then developing a comprehensive strategy covering discovery, mediation/negotiation, motions practice, and trial. My Gallop strengths (Strategic; Analytical; Competition; Learner and Relator) align with my litigation practice. I have been trained in project management (and have litigated the issue!), and put those skills to use in managing my cases. My presentation skills allow me to explain complicated cases to a mediator, arbitrator, judge, or jury.
