I am a business development leader with a consistent history of success in fast-paced, service-oriented businesses. I've worn many different hats: developed an in-house marketing and sales materials program, created and maintaned an operations and compliance manual for a new broker dealer, building and selling new home construction and remodels. The demands of my positions have required me to gain a thorough technical knowledge within the industries I've worked. This broad background, along with a sincere interest in serving the needs of customers, and my core strength in developing trusting relationships has given me a unique ability to build teams that solve problems effectively. My work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit helped to start a newly registered broker dealer and lead a new back office team, as well as hundreds of field reps, to the successful processing of hundreds of millions of dollars of packaged product sales. Having a flexible, and curious, nature allowed me to move from downtown to main street and start a custom home building business that evolved into a well known local brand for quality and innovative design ideas. At this point I am open to the next opportunity to lead a group of individuals through the creative problem-solving process to accomplish challenging objectives.
