About Mark Hester

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, I currently serve as a Product Manager at Adtran. My role spans the development and lifecycle management of customer-centric hardware and software solutions, including cabinets, enclosures, and tools for NMS software. Core competencies include systems engineering, hardware and software product management, and aligning product strategies with customer needs within a SAFe Agile framework. At Adtran, I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive 3rd Party ONT interoperability, leveraging EVM practices to unlock strategic revenue opportunities. My motivation lies in fostering innovation and delivering scalable solutions that align with organizational goals and customer expectations. By combining technical expertise with a user-focused approach, I aim to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive team environment that values diverse perspectives.
