INVESTMENT BANKING PROFESSIONAL PROVIDING MERGER & ACQUISITIONS AND CORPORATE FINANCE ADVISORY SERVICES TO MIDDLE MARKET COMPANIES During my 15 plus year career as an investment banker, financial consultant, and Big 4 CPA, and 5 years corporate financial management experience, I have partnered with senior executives through a variety of growth and decline financial and strategic initiatives, including: mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, refinancings, restructurings, and liquidations. I have provided transaction and restructuring advisory, due diligence, and business valuation services to more than 75 middle market clients. Industry experience includes: manufacturing, distribution, apparel and retail, healthcare, technology, financial services, and real estate. I obtained my MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and my BA from the University of Michigan.
