What is a recruiter? Most ask for which branch of the military, assume its just making ONE call and give someone a job, or someone that just ignores everyone who is looking for a job despite the title. While all three may each hold its own level of truth (except the one phone call) to me simply put recruiting changes lives. No not like insulin for the diabetic but hope for the hopeless. Those who struggle to find an opportunity to reach that next level of their career or for those attempting to actually begin a career but find difficulty to ehxibit the skills and passion they exude that may not come through on a resume. Just in need of that extra human interaction to advise and partner with to help them get to where they cannot reach on their own. Being that catalyst for someone means more to me than any kind of high level director I might place.
