My name is Mark Hinton, and I work at ASTERRA as the Business Development and Sales Leader for our Earthworks solution for the UK, EMEA and APAC regions. I focus on connecting technology to markets. Experience on both buy and sell side as part owner/MBO carve out and acquisition targeting. I have extensive expertise in leadership, growth strategies, challenge review, business development, and product owner management. My skills include board advisory, M&A targeting, international key client relations and partner account development and management, business turnaround and synergy realisation, operational transformation, due diligence, global sales, product strategy and management, cultural and process change, and business scaling. I have been a business co-owner twice with two very different and separate types of companies that led to onward disposal - as part of the second journey I also had an enjoyable deal origination role for a period identifying acquisition targets through the lens of technology fit and synergy.
