We successfully opened a "Super" Wawa in Somer's Point, NJ.in 2008 I opened the Bridgeton Wendy's in October 1996. I assisted in the opening of the Taj Mahal Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ, in Sultans Feast buffet along with assisting in the Production and Banquet kitchens. All of these openings were successful due to hiring a competent staff that had outgoing people skills and an eye for talent.
