About Mark Holtmeier

I like building things — whether it’s a process, a product, or a team. I currently work in sales & growth, but I think like a builder. I like to understand how things work, connect dots across teams, and make sure what we learn from customers actually shapes the product. I’ve seen early-stage chaos (0→1), growth (1→10), and structured environments with hundreds of people, where the challenge is scaling what already works. I enjoy both — the creative energy of building and the focus that comes with structure. Outside of work, I build small side projects — like a personalised memory app (you talk to it, it remembers, and later recalls what matters), which is currently in TestFlight with 10 testers, and a simple web scraper for clothing that lets you browse only the pieces you actually care about, without the noise of endless online shops. I play too many sports, love trying new things (this year I even painted on a canvas for the first time — please don’t ask about the result), and travel whenever I can — South America is high on the list.
