Advancement has always been a priority for me when starting a career. At 17 I became the foreman of a small construction company. At the funeral home I oversaw a 2 person maintenance team while conducting my apprentice duties. At Buffalo Wild Wings I oversaw a 50 person service team including 4 managers. In my first 2 years as General Manager, I increased sales by over $200k year over year. During this time I raised my store from #623 out of 650 on our company scorecard, up to #70. In my second year as General Manager, I elevated my store to a Certified Training Restaurant for managers. After this I would provide guidance and training for the other stores in my district. I would host training sessions, and proctor Servsafe Food and Alcohol exams. I would also travel to restaurants in my district to ensure financial and operational standards were being met, creating support teams as necessary.
