My experience is wide ranging, I am able to lead in command & control high threat & risk situations; I have extensive experience of leading more complex cerebral & wicked issues. I have all the skills expected of a senior manager, excellent communicator, leader, time manager, listener, budget management, strategic planning, performance management and workforce development. I have a wide range of technical skills ranging from an experienced firearms commander & hostage negotiator, requiring an ability to plan and manage complex risk and intervention through to a skilled investigative lead with an excellent understand of UK Law. I am qualified Authorising Officer, which enables me to authorise and control surveillance and other intrusive techniques in respect of serious crime investigation and prevention. As a Police Officer I have spend many years developing Crime Prevention and Community Protection across complex challenges including CT; Close Protection, Serious Crime and Volume Crime issues. My skills are complimented by wider commercial skills. I have a good understanding of Finance (CIMA 3) and Marketing; I understand SME and Inward Investment and have worked at senior levels in commercial environments.
