About Mark Hoy

I come with all the skills required for your position as well as thirty years’ experience in the construction industry starting from a laborer all the way up to project manager and running my own business successfully. I am a licensed General Contractor with liability insurance and E&O insurance. My experience is primarily in the high end residential and commercial construction collaborating with the owners, engineering, architectural and subcontractors with the focus on a high-quality successful project in the end. I have always finished my projects on time, on budget, and always pass building inspections. My success as a manager comes from clear directives to the team in a positive manner, communication with all staff and envisioning in advance where a project will be in the future and foreseeing possible issues that are derived from experience. I do hold an AA degree in business management and psychology. I just updated my driver’s license at the DMV this week and I have a clean driving record. I have always been authorized to work in the United States since I was born here in California.
