Accomplished IT management professional with domestic and global enterprise experience in: Project (Agile/Waterfall), ITIL Problem/Incident/Change,/Major Incident ITSM, process and support team development, audit requirements, executive reporting, Metrics (SLA/OLA, Data Trending and KPI’s), vendor management and strategic planning. SME in Project Implementation within a fast paced dynamic enterprise environment. Highly proficient in the facilitation of high severity incidents; Problem determination, RCA, Problem mitigation, Post Mortem and Problem resolution; co-ordinating multiple global service delivery towers. Able to learn and adapt to new enterprise environments quickly reducing transition time entering new companies. Currently on contract with a large Toronto energy corporation heading up their Problem Management, Primary Change Management backup and Oncall Major Incident Management. I've been actively engaged with my ITSM ITIL skillsets for over the past 3 years with this role. I am however, still Interested in hearing about potential remote roles aligned with my expertise.
