Mark Hudzik holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University, a Bachelors of Science in Business Management obtained from Appalachian State University, and recently graduated from both UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School Intentional Leadership Program and Harvard Business School Authentic Leadership Development Program; he currently fills the role of CEO/President of InFirst Federal Credit Union. As the CEO his current role is to develop and implement the organization's growth strategy as related to its market presence; to include but not limited to developing short and long-term growth strategies; identifying and addressing development issues; and identifying and implementing strategies resulting in increased market and brand awareness. The value Mr. Hudzik brings to InFirst Federal Credit Union is more than twenty-five years experience working in the financial industry. His operational experience in management combined with the understanding of strategies related to business development and marketing provides valuable insight into how relationships and brand awareness can be successfully implemented to achieve desired market share identified by the organization's management team.
