I have worked within a Quality, Health, Safety, Security. Environmental and Training Environment for over 20 years, currently employed as the Manager of Operational Excellence Qatar Aviation Services. I am a highly qualified QHSSE professional with broad ranging experience in high hazard industries, aviation, major construction projects, utility contracts, and manufacturing, capable of adapting quickly to changing environments and managing or overseeing large numbers of employees. I have created and implemented change management processes, oversight systems, training programs for all forms of QHSSE operations in construction, maintenance, manufacturing and aviation. I have managed the environmental impacts of the largest glass container manufacturing and filling facility in Europe, managed the climate change responsibilities, introduced, had certified and managed an ISO14001 Environmental Management System.I have managed the QHSSE requirements of many projects with many direct reports, to whom I provide guidance and mentorship to build he best possible teams.I have strong beliefs in the importance of ethical, environmental, philanthropic and economic responsibility and embed this into my approach to all of my work.
