Welcome to my profile! In the digital age cybersecurity has become a prerequisite for any successful organization. Yet truly and effectively raising the overall security level takes a balanced risk-based approach in which Business, IT and Security Strategies are aligned continuously, and the people, process and technology aspects are geared towards protection and enablement. Not an easy feat. As Head of Advisory Services and together with my team of thought leaders and subject matter experts we enable our clients in achieving this balance by developing business driven security strategies and operationalizing these by means of actionable roadmaps and comprehensive transformation plans. Aimed at mitigating the organization’s strategic cyber security risks, while generating security services which are aligned the business objectives thus acting as enablers for their digital transformation. This is achieved through pragmatic guidance and hands on support, providing insight into what needs to be done, where to start, why this would effective and most importantly how this can be achieved in a cost-effective manner, through for example consolidation of the current security stack and/or repositioning current security solutions, but also by providing innovative solutions where and when required. Resulting in an actionable, risk-based, business aligned security approach, able to tackle your most pressing challenges.
