Mark Ianni has recently transitioned as CEO of a Private Equity held property management and construction services company. Prior, Mark served as CEO/COO of an energy consulting company offering clients a better way to manage their energy spend through procurement, sustainabilty, and on-site generation of electricity. Previously Mark served as the President and CEO of ista North America, one of the largest private equity held managed services, business process outsourcing and software and technology providers for competitive energy companies in the United States and Canada. In 2014, Mark lead the M&A process through the successful sale and integration of the company.Prior to joining ista North America, Mark was President of Gexa Energy. Gexa Energy is the retail division of Nextera Energy (Formerly known as FPL Group and Fortune 200), a leading clean energy and fortune 200 company. Mark also served as a corporate officer at Nextera Energy. Gexa is a B2B and a B2C energy marketing and energy provider in all deregulated competitive markets in the US. During his five year tenure at Gexa, Mark successfully implemented the strategy for organic growth, attaining revenues of over a billion dollars and increasing profitability by 500%. While at Nextera Energy, Mark also served as President of its Telecommunication Services business and Back-Up Generator business.Before joining Nextera Energy, Mark spent over a decade at GE Capital in several leadership roles.Goal: CEO/COO/President
