About Mark Inman

Let's start with the most important things; curry and tea. I love both hot, although not necessarily at the same time. I struggle to play the drums and not a big fan of anchovies. I am the very proud owner of Blacksheepdesign, which has the best team of creative minds doing amazing work for clients from London to Levin. My background is in marketing and communications for longer than I'd care to admit and although technology and channels of communication has moved on, I love the fact that deep down, the principles of consumer behaviour remain relevant. I bought Blacksheepdesign because I loved it as an employee. The way I like to do business is based on a simple principle: Do the right thing. The flock, as they are affectionately known, base decisions on this principle and apply it to everything from strategic planning, graphic design, web development, recruitment and choosing the people we work with. Doing the right thing has worked, from a personal, client and employee point of view, so it is my aim for Blacksheepdesign to do more of the right thing for more nice people in more diverse organisations in more places. One final thing, the tea has to be Yorkshire.
