I have 24 years continuous experience in the Offshore Oil Industry having worked for several employers. During which I have gained a high level of practical exposure, Working on both the well site and in an offshore office environment. I am able to plan, perform and supervise all aspects of material and logistic control with both company and 3rd party suppliers. My communication skills are high and are utilised daily to run an efficient Offshore Drilling Materials department. My duties are to ensure compliance with all Eon UK requirements for materials, marine & aviation activities, be the Focal point for all offshore Eon UK and 3rd Party materials, marine & aviation activities on the rig, Pro-actively participate in and promote Eon UK safety culture and safe working practices and actively participate in all safety meetings etc. Prepare and distribute daily operations and logistics lookahead as directed by the Eon UK Wellsite Rep. Track and input PON15B information is accordance to HSEA regulations, Ensure all Eon UK waste management procedures and segregation requirements are implemented. Ensure all materials covered under IMO/IMDG, IATA, and SEPA are correctly packaged, documented and backloaded, compile an accurate Rental Tools Inventory and make sure this is up to date, also ensure that an up to date Certification Tracker in maintained. I am also responsible for managing material returns and inbound manifest creation and distribution. I am also competent in Identification/requisitioning of material call offs. I partake and arrange all deck management processes with rig personnel (Crane Op / Barge Supv.),Prepare and distribute Eon UK inbound manifests and associated documentation. Regularly monitor weather forecast and communicate impact on forward well operations plans to Onshore Materials & Vessel Co-ordinator. Maintain a close working relationship with helicopter logistics provider for personnel bookings.
