About Mark Johns

I am an experienced public sector involvement, engagement, diversity and inclusion specialist who is committed to fairness for all and equality of access. I manage organisations approach to EDI, support them to develop and deliver objectives and use national frameworks such as EDS2, Stonewall WEI, Disability Confident GPA and, WRES to benchmark and measure progress. In 2018 NEAS were ranked the best Health and Social Care organisation in the Stonewall index, and increase from 232nd in 2014. I have a successful record, won a number of regional and national awards and I have well developed influencing, leadership and organisational skills. I have a thorough understanding of the needs of people from a range of diverse backgrounds and the barriers people face in relation to services and employment. I am trained in Prince2 project management methodologies and I am effective at designing and delivering training for people at all levels in an organisation.
