I built a successful company by focusing on three principles: Integrity pricing Customer experience AND being an extension of the marketing departmentSince its inception, STAR has been on a growth trajectory, achieving a double digit per year growth rate for more than 30 years. Our mission has always been to take care of employees first, which helps us better serve the client. Recognized now as an industry leader, STAR is nationally known for our design and execution in face-to-face marketing.But I wanted to do more. To create significance.So, I recently acquired two more companies, and our team continues to multiply in size and capabilities. I’ve always had a mentality that the world is flat and that doing business globally is essential. That’s why in the late 90’s, I co-founded the first international chapter of the Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA).That was the beginning for me.
