My core competencies include managing Cisco ASA firewall systems, VPN access, virtual and physical servers, malware protection, and VoIP phone systems. I also have expertise in backup software such as EMC's Networker and Simpana's Commvault, and I have worked with engineers and technicians on virtualization and troubleshooting projects.
