I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and highly experienced management accountant with considerable knowledge and skills gained from over 10 years post qualification experience. Extensive experience of delivering consistent and high quality products together with providing support to both operational and senior managers explaining complex financials clearly and concisely whilst building strong and effective working relationships. An analytical thinker with the proven ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data and to present and report the financials clearly and concisely to a diverse range of stakeholders including non-accountants. Areas of expertise: Management accounts- preparation of management and statutory accounts for UK, Ireland and EMEA regions - provision of timely financial management information encompassing key operational performance and financial metrics (KPIs)- participated in financial planning processes utilising management accounts information and knowledge Financial Process Improvements - successfully reviewed existing financial processes and performance metrics to identify improvements resulting in both FTE reductions together with other significant efficiencies or strengthen controls - collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams in reviewing cross-functional processes and implemented changes Stakeholder Management- Building close and effective working relationships with individuals at all levels including Operational Directors and managers as well as the Finance community- Became a key member of operational management teams.
