About Mark Kaiser

Success is often closer than we think. I help companies pass that next inflection point by quickly sorting through the clutter and defining the best route forward, seeing patterns where others see complexity. Once I find a strength in someone or something, I am compelled to nurture it, refine it and stretch it toward excellence. I am an arranger. When faced with a complex situation involving many factors, I enjoy managing all the variables, aligning and realigning them until I am sure that I have them arranged in the most productive configuration possible. My two favorite words are ideally and options. Most important, I speak two dialects of the English business language:(1) The dialect of the entrepreneur – having been the CEO of multiple high-growth businesses in technology, healthcare and logistics. Two reached $1 billion in revenue in less than five years, twice winning the Forbes magazine Fast Tech 50 Award, recognizing the fastest growing companies in the U.S. and (2) The dialect of Corporate America – which is how I came to be an advisor to over 40 Fortune 500 companies including Cigna, Nestlé, The Coca-Cola Company, Tyson Foods, General Mills, Newell Brands, Chick-fil-A, AGCO and Hewlett-Packard helping them design and execute innovation programs, incubators and corporate venture capital (CVC) initiatives. Using my real-world expertise and no-nonsense practical knowledge, I have supported teams at Fortune 500 companies, top-tier consulting firms, PE firms and investment banks including both General Mills and Tyson Foods’ investment in Beyond Meat, Coca-Cola’s investment (and later acquisition of) Honest Tea, Coca-Cola’s partnership and investment in Spotify and Colgate-Palmolive wildly successful culturally-relevant toothpaste for Asian markets. I have deep experience raising and deploying capital. As CEO, I have lead venture capital, corporate venture capital, mezzanine and IPO financing rounds.
