Significant experience, especially in the litigation field, advising larger self insured employers, SME employers, workers compensation, third party and general liability insurers, with a focus on identifying the risks to clients and providing cost effective and commercial solutions to help them achieve their desired outcome. Primary practice areas include workers compensation, employment relations, equal opportunity, disability discrimination and any other employer issues - essentially looking after the legal health of employers. Responsible for the successful conduct of thousand's of client referrals, hundreds of trials, and dozens of appeals for clients, where the outcome to the client is always considered important whether the case we run is for anything from hundreds to millions of dollars. Presentation of papers at conferences and seminars. Conference /seminar organising. Conducting of training sessions for clients, contacts and industry associations. Preparation of precedent agreements and other generic documents for clients and industry associations. Undertaking of consultancy work to government and non government organisations.
