Having previously worked for prestige brands such as BMW/Vodafone/Porsche/McLaren, My skills attained over the years include people and finance management. Consistently performing within a B2B/Sales environment, market aware, target driven and strongly determined to work within a corporate team environment and to make that career change this year. Proven experience in leadership through coaching and training, working with colleagues to help develop their own goals and aspirations in previous management roles. My previous roles have given me a proven track record of managing projects through to completion. I achieved my own personal goal of helping Vodafone launch Broadband in UK Homes for the first time whilst outlining processes for colleagues across group level and collaborating with multi channel support teams. Previous experience in projects where being organised and budget aware are a crucial skill set for excelling. Excellent at consistent communication with team members, ensuring group goals are met. Skills include diffusing and mediating conflicts both externally and internally within the business.
