My comprehensive hands-on experience spans the entire food system—from humane animal and poultry production through harvest, fabrication, and processing, to distribution, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce operations. Each step in this journey has strengthened my commitment to creating systems that regenerate rather than deplete, fostering sustainability while delivering exceptional quality. I've had the privilege of building an organization that embodies these principles from the ground up. As KellerCrafted Meats Founder and CEO (2001 – 2023) I built America's first non-GMO verified meat processor before a successful acquisition by Cream Co. From its humble beginnings, I've guided the company's growth into a recognized leader in sustainable food systems, creating meaningful employment opportunities while establishing new benchmarks for farm-to-table strategic leadership and environmental stewardship. PRODUCT INNOVATION As an Innovative Product Engineer, I've developed over 350+ specialized sustainable food products across my career— and launched 53 at Cream Co. alone while maintaining uncompromising environmental standards. From pioneering a regenerative mushroom blend burger to engineering school meal patties, my innovations consistently balance sustainability, culinary excellence, and market demands.
