With a diploma in IT Networking and Administration from Valley College, I have the skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently and effectively. I am passionate about technology and education, and I enjoy finding better or more efficient ways of doing things within the technology used for my position. Previously, I worked as an IT Equipment Installer and an IT Support Specialist, where I gained valuable experience in hardware and software installation, maintenance, and support. I also obtained multiple certifications in EPA and forklift operation, which demonstrate my versatility and adaptability. I have strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, and I am eager to pursue and learn more about the opportunities that technology brings to humanity.
