Role includes business strategy and launch planning, rolling out wider Operations strategy (Move to the Cloud 0365, Azure,CSP), communications management and escalation management at busy month and quarter ends. I help our Top CEE partners to increase their profitability by streamlining their complex operational capability and maximizing revenue intake. Looking to the big picture in terms of scalability and the long term implications of any process and strategy initiatives to enable long term success and agility of the organization.
