With over thirty five years of extensive leadership experience with some of the nation's most successful commercial real estate companies - Equity Office, Transwestern, Cadillac Fairview and JMB Properties, Mark has led teams in the ownership and operation of commercial real estate office buildings totalling more than 14 million square feet. As Chief Operating Officer of Houston-based Page Partners Retail Advisors, Mark focused on achieving positive results in financial and operational performance, strategic leadership and efficiency improvements. Throughout his career, Mark has focused on customer service, change management, cost reductions, emergency preparation and response, training, administration, company culture and accounting. With his own brokerage company, M Kidd Properties, Inc. now focuses on providing superior service in finding, selling, leasing and buying all types of commercial properties. Mark, Sr represents the owner of Energy Park West, a 160 acre industrial business park in Katy, TX at the intersection of Clay Road and Katy Hockley Cut Off Rd with leasing, management and construction. He also represents St. Luke’s Methodist Church Foundation in leasing and managing its real estate portfolio.
