About Mark Koch

As the Chief Financial Officer at eMagin Corporation, I lead the financial, IT, and information security functions of a leader in OLED microdisplay technology and mobile display systems. I have over four years of experience in this role, and over seven years of experience at eMagin in various finance positions, including Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller. I am a Certified Public Accountant with a background in controllership, consulting, and technical accounting at several international public companies in different industries, such as military and commercial micro display, consumer products, gaming, and medical devices. I specialize in SEC and management financial reporting, consolidations, technical accounting, bank financing and public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. I am also skilled in cash flow forecasting, tax support, and treasury management. My mission is to provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to eMagin and its stakeholders, and to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
