Well developed sales & business development skills after moving through sales & account management roles into retail and sales management roles, and in the past seven years, state and national sales management, business development and key account management roles. I have managed retail sales staff, telesales staff and sales representatives out on the road, and have budget management, reporting, analysis and financial management skills which ensure accurate tracking and reporting of costs, profit and loss, margins & sales performance as well as monitoring of competitor performance. Experience in all aspects of sales & people management from recruitment, staff development & management, through OH & S & dealing with Work Cover, to negotiating contracts, setting & tracking budgets, managing accounts, customers & sales across multiple States or locations & continually looking at ways to improve processes and procedures.
