As a business owner and Marketing Strategist, I have over 30 years leadership experience with The Creative Works (formerly Publicity Works), an integrated marketing, design and digital agency. I am a passionate consumer advocate with the proven ability to conceive and implement innovative digital, print and above the line brand marketing strategies that are effectively aligned with client business lifecycle needs and that deliver exceptional results. I have achieved broad-based marketing success across multiple sectors including financial services, healthcare, agriculture, education, professional services, not-for-profit and member organisations. Dedicated to providing an outstanding level of service delivery, I consistently strive to maintain long-term client relationships and to deliver services that are appropriately aligned with client size, budget and level of business maturation. My team and I have worked with clients in their start-up phase through to mature multi-nationals, and have the capacity to act as the “glue” between business and creative perspectives, ensuring that an innovative, yet realistic approach is applied to client marketing and branding strategies. During the past 30 years, I have worked in various agency roles, including Production Manager, Account Manager, Digital Manager, Marketing Strategist and Account Director, and since 2014 have been working predominantly in Digital Marketing, helping our clients to align their businesses in the fast-changing digital space.
