About Mark Lachance

With extensive experience in regulatory compliance, I've developed a knack for finding ways to make things run smoother. I've shown this time and again, along with my ability to lead and motivate teams to take ownership and surpass organizational goals. This same diverse experience has sharpened my skills in business analytics, outreach and building compliance procedures to boost overall performance and minimize risk. In my current role, I monitor and analyze changes to regulations, and continuously assess the effectiveness of processes meant to comply with these regulations. I make sure things run efficiently, are fully compliant, but with less risk. Before this, I led the clean-sheet re-imagining of CPSC reporting for U.S. Walmart, Sam’s Club, Jet.com, Hayneedle, Moosejaw and Bonobos safety reporting program, massively boosting capacity, while saving 30 percent in time/labor and eliminating the need for costly third-party contracts. Day-to-day, I collaborate with diverse teams to not only build relationships, but to help to innovative solutions and improve processes. When I'm not at work, you can find me riding mountain-bike trails or roasting coffee in my garage, both of which keep me balanced and energized.
