Prior to joining Garfinkle Biderman in 2020, Mark practiced real estate law and corporate commercial law at a boutique law firm in Toronto where he gained extensive knowledge in the practice areas. At Garfinkle Biderman, Mark practices in the firm’s real estate and corporate commercial groups, representing individual and corporate clients in all areas of real property, institutional lenders, private lenders, land developers, and businesses.
