Mr. Lehar is a Professional Geoscientist in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada and a Licensed Professional Geologist in the State of Indiana, USA, who has over over thirty years of professional environmental experience working in glaciated terrains. His area of technical expertise includes site assessment and remediation, focused on public, commercial, and industrial sites. His portfolio includes a large amount of public sector work with Alberta Transportation, Alberta infrastructure, the City of Calgary, the City of Edmonton, and the Town of High River. Several high-profile projects carried the oversight of Alberta Environment and Parks. He has also overseen projects on USEPA Superfund sites, USACE, DOD, and USAF military installations, and DOE nuclear facilities. He has completed or provided technical expertise on over a thousand projects during his career, including: various Phase I, II, and environmental site assessments; risk assessments; remedial action and management plans; UST closures; various forms of remediation; aquatic pathway assessments; asbestos surveys and abatement oversight; bioremediation facility, air, solid waste, and storm water permitting; explosive gas planning, permitting, and monitoring; litigation support; delineation and permitting of wetlands and other jurisdictional waters; radon measurement; lead-based paint surveys, mold surveys and mitigation; storm water pollution prevention plans; hazardous materials surveys; and, other environmental and remediation activities.
