I truly believe that a high standard of professionalism and expertise are the basis for quality plumbing services and like to think that it’s the friendly, caring service we offer that makes our family business stand out - every day with every customer. Recognising the importance of preventing water backflow to ensure the safety of our community’s water supply, I also established a specialised plumbing service for water backflow prevention devices in 1992, fittingly named 'Backflow Prevent'. Backflow occurs when water flows opposite to its normal or intended direction. It can be a serious health risk for the contamination of the main drinking water supply with foul water. A properly working and maintained backflow device will ensure water flows safely by trapping water that begins to flow in the wrong direction. In order to protect the community Australian legislation requires the maintenance and testing of such devices on an annual basis. Our certifications though the Plumbing Industry Commission and the Backflow Prevention Association of Australia combined with 19 years of experience has seen 'Backflow Prevent' become the leading authority and industry expert for the :* installation of backflow devices;* repair and maintenance of backflow devices;* annual testing of backflow devices; and * inspection and maintenance of devices. Whilst I have a long withstanding history in the plumbing industry, I am also the proud owner and Director of the Crocs Play Centre and Muffin Break located in Keilor Park. By investing in this market leader indoor playcentre, it has provided me with greater access to building relationships with the surrounding communities, something I strongly believe in as a business owner.
