WHO AM I I am a Healthcare IT Servant Leader with experience in all aspects of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and most components of IT. I am passionate about building a team based on teamwork, trust, accountability, and sharing. I believe in the virtues of a stable environment, high redundancy, high uptime, and strong relationships with your customers. MY CAREER JOURENY I began my career selling computers to home users before moving into a technical support role. I moved into Healthcare IT as a customer support analyst supporting multiple applications across the enterprise. Since then I have held many different roles including support, QA/testing, product analyst, integration lead, team lead, product manager and manager. WHAT I OFFER I bring a strong understanding of various aspects of information technology and the ability to understand how they work together. I excel at understanding the technical jargon of developers and engineers as well as the business language of leaders, stakeholders, and customers. I am excellent at bridging the gap of these teams to get work done and meet requirements. I also bring a servant leadership approach with a belief that the team is greater than the sum of its individuals. MY CAREER GOALS I want to build strong IT teams that are trusted by their customer, leadership. stakeholders and most importantly each other. I plan to do this by continuing my career in IT Leadership. I also continue to learn constantly while on the job as well as through leadership courses and trainings.
