About Mark Letica

Mark has 25+ years experience across government and private sectors and most recently in a Statutory Authority. Building on his experience in the State and Local Government, including 18 months at the Council of Mayors (SEQ) Mark was appointed as Program Manager for the establishment of Queensland Urban Utilities. This transaction saw five Local Government water and wastewater businesses merge into one vertically integrated distributor-retailer serving over 1.5M people across South-East Queensland and an asset base of over $4B. In 2010 this represented the largest water transaction and second largest utilities transaction in Australian history. Mark is a founding member of the Executive Leadership Team at Urban Utilities and has held a number of roles including Executive Manager, Executive Leader Governance and most recently Executive Leader Corporate Affairs. Mark is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors (GAICD) and holds a B.Com from Lincoln University (NZ). Mark is an adaptable, resilient and creative leader who prides himself on creating and fostering high performing teams.
