About Mark Lewis

I've been working in the Information Technology industry for over 25 years, and have worked hard to give my customers and co-workers the best support they can receive. I've made it a personal goal to never leave a problem unsolved, or a task incomplete. I believe these standards have made me a very valuable asset to the people I've worked for and supported. Most of my work over the last 21 years or so has been in healthcare, supporting all aspects of hospital information systems, designing and maintaining a stable and productive user experience, while also ensuring the security of the information that they are working with. Prior to working in healthcare, I spent about 4 years in the engineering IT arena, installing network and computer design products for major corporations as they developed and utilized their CAD technologies divisions. These formative years in IT were a great opportunity to investigate many brand new technologies as computers were becoming the new way to run a productive business.
