Student at the University of Rhode Island | Psychology (Pre-Medical concentration)| Aspiring Emergency Medical Professional Currently, I am exploring various avenues in healthcare and medical research and am highly motivated to expand my knowledge and skills as they relate to the career of medicine. As an undergraduate research assistant in the Health Behavioral Change Lab at the University of Rhode Island, I am learning how to conceptualize complex problems—breaking them down to their core elements and then posing a range of reasonable solutions to a number of planned experiments In working as a business associate at Clarity Sciences, I am required to wear more—and more varied—hats (website designer, developer, content creator), and am discovering how critical it is to safeguard my time in order to maintain my productivity. By prioritizing one or two tasks that must be accomplished by the end of the day, independent of the day's workload, I am continually developing the necessary skills for effective time-management in practice.
