With a focus in the areas of market development, product development and innovation, diversification, and strategic planning and execution, I have a proven track record of developing new products and business units, expanding corporate capabilities, and achieving strategic objectives with measurable results. Throughout my career, I have lead large teams in planning and executing large-scale, complex, strategic projects and initiatives. Having established Product Development, R&D, Marketing and Operational departments from the ground up, I possess the resources to create the vision, articulate the road map, build the team, and then lead and motivate to achieve the established goals and objectives. Experienced in both the services and manufacturing sectors, including companies with both a domestic and global market presence, I am well versed with the business challenges of multi-faceted corporate environments. From my experience founding a technology start-up, and having led the planning and sale of the family’s 50-year-old business, I am well acquainted with all aspects of business planning and operations. I am experienced with investor negotiations, strategic alliances, corporate finance and the many facets of business development. I thrive on team leadership and motivation and can lead teams of various sizes utilizing effective project management techniques.
