About Mark Loiselle

My responsibilities include construction administration and co-ordination, building design layout, estimation and supervision between architect’s, contractors, company personnel, and civic authorities towards completion of construction projects, from ground up to move-in. I represent ownership interests to resolve discrepancies between building plans and existing conditions, as well as contract compliance. I have been involved with projects ranging from health care facilities, big-box retail, specialty shops, and restaurants, schools, offices, casinos and public works projects. My current objective is to use my jobsite exposure in conjunction with my educational experience. This requires a stable and confident work environment that encourages long term goals and objectives instead of short term gains at a long term loss. What I mean is that in a typical scenario, jobsite answers to most questions are to fix the problem ASAP and move on. My education tells me there may be other reasons for the problem, and these reasons need to be explored. Since many jobs are short term in nature, there is no time to explore possible changes. I would like a company that enables their workforce to expand their potential. Specialties: Experienced contractor with background in architecture, project management, urban design, economic development and strategic planning. Advanced degree with strengths in project staging and coordination. Creative and critical thinker able to document projects; recruit, train, schedule and supervise to on-time, on-budget performance. My computer experience includes AutoCad 2008, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, Access, Outlook), & Lotus Notes.
