I'm an experienced leader and mentor, focused on bringing out the best in my team, and developing each of them as individuals. Over the course of my career, I have brought my expertise to all aspects of the TV and streaming video industry, including content development, marketing, advertising sales, brand building, measurement, and forecasting. As a manager and leader, my priorities are collaboration, cooperation and transparency. Media research is a team sport in the best sense of the term. It's essential to reaching our full potential as a group, and to having the most positive and enjoyable work environment. We put so much of ourselves into our work, we should be able to be great at what we do AND have fun doing it.
