With 13 years successful experience in several roles in one of Irelands largest Telecommunications companies and more recently providing Project Management services in the Pharmaceutical-industry. I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, analytical, dependable, ambitious, and optimistic professional. I previously had 6 years successful years as a strong & positive people manager in an operations environment in the Telecommunications space, building key successes and change through a passion for continuous improvement and team development. A key strength I bring to any management role is the ability to identify people’s strengths but also work with them on areas of improvement in an supportive manner with a clear plan for future success. I have 8 successful years of project support / project management delivering key company objectives and project timelines with a can-do attitude. I am a confident communicator who builds superior working relationships with my colleagues and key stakeholders cross functionally through my positive attitude & being approachable even in high pressure situations.
