About Mark Matser

With over 25 years of work experience in the energy, fleet and transport sector, I am a passionate and results-oriented Global Key Account Manager at Shell, where I support organizations in the transition to solution-based energy, mobility, vehicle, and digital solutions. My mission is to help companies become more sustainable and reach net-zero emissions, in line with Shell's Accelerate to Zero strategy. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Minor in Circular Economy, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to understand the complex and dynamic challenges and opportunities in the energy transition. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with customers from different segments, regions, and backgrounds, and have developed strong relationships and partnerships with them. In my current role, I am responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of global key accounts in the fleet solutions business unit focus in the Last Mile Delivery and construction segment, which offers a range of products and services such as EV-charging, telematics, API, smart pay, Shell Fleet App, and fleet management. I leverage my account management, market development, and English skills to identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and deliver value. I also act as a focal point and an advocate for LNG for transport, which is a cleaner and more efficient alternative fuel for heavy-duty vehicles. I have successfully increased the sales and adoption of LNG among my customers, as well as contributed to the development and implementation of Shell's LNG strategy and infrastructure. I am proud to be part of a team that drives sustainable and innovative fleet solutions for the future.
