In this world, you are either an idea creator or the make it happen person. I am fortunate to have my feet equally planted in both realms. As a holder of five U.S. patents, I can see what others may not and know how to innovate just a bit more to turn an average product into a game changer. Beyond just having the great idea, I know what it takes, from beginning to end, to turn that idea into a marketable, desirable solution in the marketplace resulting in millions in revenues. Possessing this unique skill combination coupled with the ability to collaborate and motivate simultaneously, has enabled me to build a reputation as an innovator who knows and thrives on turning ideas into reality. Harboring this secret sauce approach would be an incredible waste so I make it a point to share my knowledge and expertise with others whenever I can and have been tapped throughout my career to mentor and train both experienced professionals and new hires - it's evolved into one of my passions.
