About Mark Mazza

With over 17 years of experience in healthcare facilities and engineering, I was one of the Directors of Capital Projects at Northwell Health, the largest health system in New York. In this role, I oversaw the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of capital projects across three hospitals with a total square footage of over 2 million sf, and a project budget of over $400 million. I apply my experience and process improvement skills to optimize the project delivery process, ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and enhance the quality and efficiency of the healthcare environment. I also partnered with senior leadership, clinical staff, vendors, and contractors to align the project goals and objectives with the strategic vision and mission of Northwell Health. My core competencies include project management, budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, risk management, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and team leadership.
