I have been in electrical engineering and field technical work for electrical power distribution systems since 1980. I worked at Downes Associates Inc, an electrical engineering and technical services firm in Salisbury, MD from 1980 to 1995. From there I left to do work for several power systems testing firms in VA and another electrical engineering firm (Quad Three Group) in Wilkes Barre, PA. In 2006 I came back to Salisbury, MD and rejoined Downes Associates Inc. until they ended their business in early 2019. After that I worked briefly for TRC company in Lancaster, PA as a Senior Commissioning Engineer until I was offered a position at Delaware Electric Cooperative in October of 2019 where I am currently employed.
