As a former HR Director at ANDRITZ AG, an international technology group, I co-led the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, the first-ever global HRIS system implementation across 6 regions, 34 countries, 112 legal entities and 20 different languages. This greatly enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of talent management across multiple divisions, products, and sites. I also designed and executed performance management tools and processes, competency models, and career levels that aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and culture. With 12+ years of experience in diverse industries, cultures, and environments, I am a trusted and talented business partner who builds strong relationships at every level. I have a proven track record of driving HR initiatives and business solutions as a change agent, a pragmatic team player, a strong communicator, and a collaborator. I have successfully managed the integration and divestiture of different businesses, as well as the expansion and staffing of next-generation technology projects. A few of my key accomplishments are: • Partnered with a Biotech Commercial Operations Leadership Team to design, source, hire and support an entirely new cell culture field sales team, built a complimentary marketing team, and revamped the customer support and technical service teams. This team outperformed sales for seven consecutive quarters resulting in extreme company valuation and the sale of the company as part of the NASDAQ 100 Biotech Index. • Built and executed the learning and development management curriculum for all current managers and high potentials a major pharmaceuticals company. • Won individual and team awards for high performance and leadership in key projects and initiatives in major pharma/life sciences company.
